Join us on the last Friday of each month for a special Level 2 Pop-Up class taught by Lindsay as she prepares for her Level 2 assessment. This ongoing series is both a dedicated space for her assessment preparation and an opportunity for our community to support her in this meaningful next step.

This is the most advanced class on our public schedule. Attendance requires either the teacher’s permission or ongoing study with a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher. Students should have a consistent personal practice, including independent practice of Śīrṣāsana (headstand) and Sarvāṅgāsana (shoulderstand), and be comfortable working within the structure and language of an Iyengar Yoga class.

Designed for experienced students, this class emphasizes clarity of action, intelligent sequencing, and thoughtful use of props. Rather than revisiting foundational material, we’ll build on shared concepts and terminology to refine understanding and explore more complex relationships within and between poses. Expect sustained attention, independent work, and a rigorous, inquiry-based approach to practice.
