This class is suitable for all ages and ability levels and is specifically tailored to those interested in how yoga can help the aging process. There is an emphasis on instructions which help increase circulation, strengthen bones, optimize organ function, and breathing, and improve balance. This class includes all categories of poses: standing poses, forward bends, back bends, and twists. Modifications are given for those needing extra support.
