This is an online discussion group that Randy hosts every Sunday to discuss yoga philosophy. These discussions are free to attend and group participation is encouraged. A note to students:
From late October 2025 through early February 2026, Randy will be in Pune, India, studying at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute. During this time, we will not be having the live Sunday Philosophy Discussions. Randy looks forward to continuing these sessions on February 8, 2026.
