General Classes
offer a broad and inclusive entry into the practice of Iyengar Yoga. These classes are designed for students with some familiarity with yoga, as well as experienced practitioners who value steady, well-structured practice within a shared group setting. Students who are new to yoga are encouraged to begin with a Level 1 class or series to establish foundational skills and familiarity with the method, but all are welcome.

Classes explore a wide range of postures and themes over time, with attention given to clear instruction, thoughtful sequencing, and the intelligent use of props. Students will encounter standing poses; seated and supine work; gentle to moderate backbends; and introductory inversions, with variations and options offered to support different levels of experience.
