General classes take place throughout the week and are taught by our team of teachers. In these classes you can typically expect standing poses to be a staple—accompanied by seated twists, forward bends, and a variety of foundational backbends. Inversions are taught, as well as the poses that build the strength and skill needed to safely perform them. The class emphasis is a little different from week to week. Sometimes classes are more active and challenging, while at other times the tone is quiet and internal.
