This six-week series will focus on supine and seated pranayama practices. Students are welcome to arrive 30 minutes early for a self-guided asana practice to prepare the body and mind for pranayama.
Prerequisites: This is not a beginner's class. A minimum of six months of experience practicing asana with a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher is required. Contact us with questions.
