Just a little about me…
I was raised in Hawaii and lived in Alabama, California, London, and Georgia before making my way to Asheville in 2024. I left a 16 year corporate career to follow my passion for facilitating sound baths, creating art, and sharing Thai body work with others. I am grateful that the skills I gained through my career have enabled me to support the IYAVL community and an Asheville area nonprofit organization in addition to building my own business.

People! I always say I’m the weirdest introvert I know because I really enjoy people. I am also very passionate about our natural world. Appalachia is full of incredible plants and wildlife - I hope to spend the rest of my life learning about and connecting deeply with the natural world around me.
